1 /5 Susan Weise: Went into the store in Columbus last Friday and I have to say I was very disappointed. There was barely any product in the store and was not acknowledged at all by the 2 associates working there. Looked over the whole store and was not impressed by anything in the store. The standards have dropped drastically in just the appearance and maintenance in the store.More than half the store needed lightbulbs replaced and the fixtures are 20+ years old.I guess the associates could care less about the appearance of the store.Very run down. The same sign on the door about short of help that’s been on the door for 5 years. The atmosphere in the store has gone from 100% to 1%… I’ve been in outlet stores that were better. In Columbus there’s a huge opportunity in this store but I guess since Sycamore Partners makes so much money in all their business endeavors and the managers want to pay nothing ,I guess shopping in person will be a thing of the past.I loved this store when it was ran correctly and everyone wants to use online shopping as an excuse for sales being terrible when it’s your store experience that drives customers away. Do better when it comes to diversity and inclusion and stop letting your petty employees run your business in the ground.
