1 /5 Jada Kyle: I was checking this store out with my grandmother to find some cute outfits and I found something that I thought look interesting for my upcoming cruise, cute and classy. My grandmother got the exact same outfit on sale, she was charged 10.99. I was charged 16.99. I noticed on the receipt as soon as I went to the car and immediately turned around to bring it to the attention of the worker. On my outfit it was crossed off and marked 13.99. She told me one of her workers must have wrote it wrong on there but in the system it was marked as 16.99, so she would have to still charge me 16.99…even though she found two of the exact same outfits that were ringing up for 10.99. Mind you these were all on clearance. She said there’s nothing she can do about it. I told her I don’t believe that’s the customers issue if her workers put the wrong price but I feel as if I am being scammed if you are charging me for an outfit for one price but selling it to the next customer for cheaper. I don’t think that’s right. I asked to speak to the manager, she told me she was the manager, but told me if I had a problem I could wait until Sunday for the main manager to come in. I feel scammed; this was my first time shopping in this store and I feel as I’ve been belittled, not taken serious, stolen from and taken advantage of. It’s not my problem the workers messed up, definitely not a way to impress a first time customer. I am extremely upset and feel as I have been stolen from.
