1 /5 David N: I had spent an hour with my mother and son to buy a good bit of product. We had seen many signs with prices everywhere and sale discounts.
However, when I was being wrung up, I noticed prices weren’t what they said on the racks. When I asked the lady at the register, she rudely ignored me and started looking at their flyer for prices and so I showed her a picture of items that are all over their store and she still didn’t want to change it. So I asked her to void the whole ticket out since they weren’t being customer friendly in the least.
The biggest topper was when I called the store for the manager, she then went to say excuses like some one else put clothes on the wrong rack (which does happen) but they weren’t willing to work with me when they’re too understaff to fix the misplaced items.
If you’re looking for no help and rude people to be UNHELPFUL at all and the cheapest made products, then this is still the right store for you.
Another thing is that refuse to clean the men’s bathroom. There was no paper no soap, paper all over the bathroom. Bowels still in the toilets and clearly had been there for more than just that day.
The store just needs to be closed and opened to something else with a better cleanliness and better staff.
