1 /5 Pooh Shay: I recently came in for shopping just browsing shopping around couldnt get help much from the employee name Sabrina she had a very nasty attitude tried to ask could I get help with different sizes she has a attitude the whole time then I asked for shoes waited while she laugh and talk on the phone. Asked her again she caught attitude said a nasty remark under her breath got the size . I continue to browse she was very rude and nasty during the whole experience. When time to check out I had to wait additional long time because her and other co workers are on the side giggling and conversating ignoring customer. I actually put a lot of items back cause I was frustrated I ended up waiting till they got ready just bought a shirt instead of the other items. I wont be shopping here as much as I use too because they are unprofessional and act agitated to do theyre job. Sabrina has the most nasty attitude just ruined my whole experience.

2 /5 Brit Brat: Ive been going here for a while its usually decent. This past weekend went to go look for me a few dresses for an event I must say this shop went down a lot in customer service the new staff its a girl with tattoos and cheekbone piercing with two nose piercings if i am correct it was Sabrina she was putting clothes on a rack I asked if I can get by her politely I really wanted to check out some of the stuff near it she was very rude huffing in frustration and told me to "wait or go around" with a angry frown. usually she was nicest one but lately her and the others are slacking off terribly with customer service others reviews are not lying about customer service going down hill. took forever to check out I let it slide must have been a bad day. Tuesday I came back again needed some shoes had a event to go to must been busy I asked twice for some of the staff for help looking for the size I needed I was frustrated and left the staff was giggling and busy on there phone went to TJ Maxx were Im more appreciated as a customer. Which further delayed me an my husband for a event we were already behind getting to he Was even furious. I rarely do reviews but this is usually my go to store now I think its time to go another location.

5 /5 Stephanie Jordan: Employees was helpful and tried to make sure I had what I needed before leaving. For instance, I couldnt find a pair of boots in my size. So the employee called 3 different stores and gave a solution of going to the Rainbow inside Greenbriar or South Dekalb Mall. I liked that the store was clean & organized which made shopping enjoyable. I would recommend shopping at this location.
