4 /5 Ladarricus King: I had an issue with one of the employees staring at me, as is if she didn’t work there, while I was at the register to make a return. I was in a bit of a rush, so I became slightly irritated. Once another employee noticed I was there she came to assist. I asked her for the manager’s name without telling her the issue at hand. I woke up this morning to a call from Susan, the current store manager, asking me about my recent experience. She was apologetic, kind, professional and very straight forward. She assured me that she would have a talk with her and it seemed sincere. This is one of the best manager to costumer contacts I’ve experienced in a while.
