1 /5 Jennifer Capehart: Serving Christ??? Helping Others??? I think not. HORRIBLE!!! Where do I begin??? I have NEVER been treated so poorly from somewhere that claims to be a ministry. We called and schedule a pickup for a whole trailer full of items, everything from clothing to household appliances to toys. Probably over a $1000 worth of items. They scheduled the truck after a full week of waiting. In the meantime, we went and bought a tarp to protect everything. The drivers show up today, I wasn’t present when they came. I get a phone call saying they wouldn’t take anything because it was all soaking wet. We haven’t had rain in a week first of all, second, it’s been wrapped tight with the tarp. I get home and check it myself, not a stitch of anything is wet. I call the driver back and ask what he found that was wet, he wouldn’t explain, I asked if he would come back and show me and then he proceeded to curse me out saying the didn’t want my *#%+ So I call the main office back and talk to a Deanne or something and she explains their policy is to go off of the word of their drivers. I am trying to explain to her that nothing is wet & she also tells me to take me stuff elsewhere. I then ask her if if it’s also in their policy to curse and yell at people trying to donate. She hangs up on me. People in this world today almost make it impossible to do a good deed. I am disgusted & appalled at this so called ministry!

2 /5 Paula Thompson: Clothes are cheap, but i bought a couch which lady charged way too much, but i really needed it, and they delivered but i wont buy furniture from them again, bc with everyone being out of work, and barely having money places like this shouldnt overcharge people for furniture, when its donated to them

1 /5 Cupcake “Ty” Grant: Make sure you check the prices on everything because apparently the price is when you get to the register are not correct they will charge you for a different price so this customer is really unhappy I will never return again along with the two friends of mine and you can forget any kind of business and I will make sure that I never recommend you for anything else. You keep the Chinese lady as a manager and make sure she keeps running people off. Instead of giving me the stuff for the price that it said on the shelf you insist that I was lying and wrong. Pissed off customer

1 /5 Ashlie Davis: Absolutely terrible service. We wanted to donate a very expensive very nice leather couch today and got laughed and cursed at that this wasnt the dump. U Its old but in very good condition and NOT TRASH. We needed something bigger and have no room for this. We were trying to doing nice and were treated like garbage ourselves. I as a woman will not go to this location alone because the men outside. They are horrible cursing and yelling at women. Its just not a place Ill ever go again.
