1 /5 Tiff Hawk: The shoes had something all over the side and I ask for a different pair and the lady said it’ll come off with water… I’m paying 80 bucks I shouldn’t have to clean the shoes. The young employees seemed very unprofessional

5 /5 ray oliver: Good selection of shoes and athletic clothes. My son got a pair of airforce $120 and my younger son got a pair of Nike $89. Better than driving all the way to Chattanooga and being told they dont have their size.

1 /5 Tammy Colwell: It was awful If it wasnt for having a gift card I would never step foot in there again. If i could sell these cards i wont ever be back They did nothing but lie. I ordered Hokas and didnt like and changed my mind on them Hoka CS told me I could take to Hibbet I called them 3x they said let me ask the Mgr. The said yes you can we get there it was a big mess it was a he said she said he didnt know what he was doing 1x I heard him asking her she said yes. I had surgery hhad to walk through the mall to get there after I told them they was a liar she said I didnt tell him that I wasnt going to argue with a 20 something yr old child she said I can give you a gc I want my money back so I got a gc. I bet you one thing I will drive 45 mi is away instead 15 she shouldve stood behind her employee instead looking lazy and irresponsible and blaming someone she was responsible for. Cause the one told lie she told she lost a customer a first timer and last timer DONT WORRY DALTON MALL HIBBETS YOU LOST A CUSTOMER!!! Have a day you deserve!! You deserve no stars but i gave 1 that was not deservedTammy Colwell

1 /5 Melvin Johnson: Went in to this store with my wife looking for her some new shoes. Other than us there may have been one other customer. The whole time we were looking at shoes none of the 3 employees came over to assist us at all. They walked right by without a word. I finally had to track a girl down to get her to get us a shoe. The other employees were too busy on their phones to even pay attention to us. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
