1 /5 Haley Brank: I really, really don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I am so upset about my recent experience with Shop North and Main. I ordered a dress that I was super excited about, and while trying it on, (it’s a button up style dress, the button hole frayed and ripped a pretty sizable and unrepairable hole. I called and spoke with someone and essentially was told that since it happened while trying it on it’s not their fault and there was nothing they could do for me. I’m a pretty active online shopper, and I’ve never had another company do me this way. If I’ve ever received a product that the quality couldn’t even make it past me trying it on, it was rectified. Now I’m out the money I paid, and with a dress with a huge hole in it. I attached photos of the hole to show how visible any sort of repair would be. I certainly won’t be spending my money here again, and I would encourage you to probably do the same. It appears their quality, and quite frankly customer service, isn’t quite there. Super, super disappointing.
