1 /5 Lisa Dye: Very disappointed in my experience with this business. While visiting Tiger over the weekend, I stopped in Madison’s and was impressed with the shop. My friends and I stayed for quite a while. They were offering a 20% discount on your entire purchase during your birthday month. I was excited about that as my birthday is in November and spent nearly $400, which I wouldn’t have done if not for the discount. I checked out, discussed the 20% off with the sales associate and was even required to show my ID as proof. I checked my receipt the next morning and realized the discount was not applied. This was Sunday and the shop didn’t open until noon. We had to leave that morning to go back home out of state. I called when they opened, explained the error and was told there was nothing that could be done except give me a discount for the next time I shopped there. I don’t live anywhere near Clayton. I find it hard to believe there’s not a way to credit my card back the discount amount. It’s a nice shop but I won’t be returning with that kind of customer service.
