5 /5 Rachel: Isadora Popper is two essentially two gorgeous shops in one. In the front is a wonderful selection of home goods, paper goods, decor, etc. Their offerings are beautifully curated and well-displayed (no clutter and easy to browse). I was especially delighted to see some of my favorite paper brands, Kokuyo and Travelers Notebooks -- its rare to find them in stores!
The back half of this shop is (if this is possible) even better: a beautifully stocked yarn shop! As a yarn shop worker myself and a "yarn tourist," I can confidently say that Isadora Poppers selection and set-up is among the best Ive seen anywhere in the world. They carry primarily natural fibers, including well-known standards, hand-dyed and local yarns, and custom store-exclusive yarns. Their accessories and bag selections were excellent, and I will definitely be ordering one of their leather project bags!
Service was exactly what it should be at a LYS: knowledgeable, warm, and kind. There was a friendly group of knitters/crocheters sitting around the table in the back: everyone was welcoming and the shop is clearly loved by its regulars. I wish I lived nearby so I could come often!
I was frankly blown away by the quality and selection of this shop. Their online offerings are excellent, too, and I will be ordering from them when I cant come by the store in person. 11/10!
