5 /5 Sharon Howell: Our Kohls in Evans is the best! I find exactly what I want and when I want. It is set up for easy self checkout or having a customer service rep check you out. You can always find a rep to help you find what you are looking for. And the sales are awesome! I love spending my Kohls cash, reward cash and the coupons they always have.

5 /5 nicholas greiner: Great clearance sales when I went. Sir is always clean but I would like to see more big guy options. Its an OK selection but would like to see more. The ladies get over half the store and we get one small area to shop

1 /5 Kay: Store is dirty. The dressing rooms were filthy. The front doors were filthy. Employees are either really great or not. There’s no in between. Kohls online sends used dirty clothes from a third party person. Luckily I had my proof of purchase online because they wouldn’t have been able to find the order since no packing slip or tags came with the disgusting clothes I received. I rarely shop here anymore.

5 /5 Chloe Joniec: Kohls is the best. I always find a great deal on clothes that last forever. The brands and quality of the clothing is noticeable after shopping at other stores. There are always coupons and they always have a great selection.

3 /5 Stevie C.: This store is just decent now in 2025. Pre-COVID it was great. It used to be very clean, organized, and had some of my favorite clothing pieces. I stillwear some of the clothes I bought here over 5 years ago. Now, it is hard to find anything that I like and there are a lot of clothes out of place. There is also a major lack of size medium in mens clothing. Yes, there are mediums..... I just cant tell you how many times I finally found something that I liked only to not be able to find a medium. Also, I just went there today and when I was trying on a shirt in the mens fitting room, it reeked of urine. I noticed someone had taken a pee in the fitting room and I could see it all over the floor. It may have been an accident - like someone with special needs but the problem is that it was there for a while, even after I reported it.
