5 /5 Betty Umpleby: Love Michelle’s formal wear and Michelle. She is super kind and very helpful. My daughter knew what dress she wanted and Michelle made it happen after several visiting several stores. Michelle’s ordered the dress with no problem as other stores never even attempted and now we are Super excited for my daughter to be apart of Michelle’s models!

Since then,my daughter wore the dress for homecoming court and continues to get so many compliments on how beautiful and elegant the dress is. I wanted to express our gratitude to the shopping assistants. When we walked in two hours before closing three young ladies went to work looking for the perfect dress. One young lady, who’s name I didn’t get, and who wasn’t who ended up helping us in the long run, pulled a dress that was a size larger than we thought we needed and a style we NEVER would have picked out ourselves. She said that she would put it in our dressing room and we could say no, but it was free to try on dresses. We picked several more out ourselves and proceeded to the dressing room. My daughter tried on the dress picked for her even though none of us thought we would like it. It was the ONE! She tried on the other dresses she picked, but nothing compared. Thanks to all the young ladies who help pick the perfect dress.

5 /5 Brittany Dees: We have bought dresses for many occasions at Michelle’s. Even when there are a lot of girls trying on everything is so organized and easy. We most recently bought an amazing HOCO dress that my daughter got so many complements on. The store is always neat, organized, and has a huge variety of options. The employees are always courteous and helpful.

4 /5 Ansley Adair: Friendly staff. Dresses are together by color, this makes it more difficult to find a dress in the correct size. Clean store. No issues. Just spent more time looking for the size I needed.
