2 /5 Janice Holloran: Very poor online pickup at store experience. Ordered and item was supposed to be ready for pickup at 1:00 pm. I arrive at the store at 1:30. Status was preparing order. Neither the online order person or the MOD could help me. I live 26 miles from this store. Asked can you just go to the bedding department and grab my comforter set? No.
Can I get it and you can update my order as ready? No.
I went and picked a comforter off the shelf and bought it. Now I have bought 2. The manager said to call the store when I got a text the the order was complete and she could cancel it. Of course, the online order was ready when I got home. Called the store multiple times. Nobody answered.
Called JCP corporate customer service and complained.
I have been a Macy’s manager. Not sure how this store stays open. It wasn’t busy. Watch out Black Friday shoppers.
