Staff on the other hand has been really disappointing:(
Just the past few weeks alone had several incidents of the girls in there being rude to me or my friends when they get drinks for me.
I understand if it happened once in a while everyone has a bad day.
An Incident a couple weeks ago - a guy came in not really knowing what J town was really or what they served, and he’s asking a lot of questions about what’s in the shakes and the girl responds “i don’t know, it is what it is… do you want it or not?” i was really blown away by the response because genuinely the guy didn’t know what j town served
Another incident i’m inside and i ordered my drink waiting for it to be made, there a few other people in there waiting. The girls behind the counter were working and talking about what’s going on in personal lives (we all do when we working with friends no big deal) but then proceeded to talk about someone and calling them names cussing about them…. there was luckily no kids inside, but everyone in there kinda looking at each other shocked about what was being talked about.
ANOTHER incident went in the other day and i ordered, I was waiting on my drink and they put it on the counter, before i even get to the counter the girl looks at me says “YOUR WELCOME….. HAVE A GOOD DAY” the other girl chuckles. i didn’t even say thank you yet which i always do.
Another incident my friend went to go pick up an order she thought i placed online but i didn’t have time, she went in asking about a pick up order and the girl behind the counter said “WELL we don’t have any…” with the worst attitude and then she tried to rush her through the whole order when no one was in there just to make the drinks.”
There a couple more incidents that have happened
but I feel like my point has been made
I am an adult so i am not really bothered, and i know it’s all younger teen girls working but from a customer stand point it’s like really dissatisfying. I will continue going to J Town, because it hasn’t always been like this but if any feedback could be given to the staff would be a little more training in customer service and explaining what is served and the best way to explain it to a customer :)
