1 /5 Ashley Garmon: I brought in a brand new item, expecting it to be returned in perfect condition. Instead, not only did my clothing come back with visible stains that weren’t there before, but the customer service was downright terrible when I addressed the issue. Rather than apologizing or offering to make it right, the staff acted dismissive and blamed me for the problem. When you trust a dry cleaner, you expect professionalism, care, and attention to detail—this place offered none of those things. I will never be returning and recommend others look elsewhere if they value their clothing.

1 /5 Kiara Landry: Terrible customer service! If I could I would give zero stars!!! The front desk lady was very rude! Not once even looked up at me. I went in Monday and she told me my dress would be done Wednesday after 5pm, for a very minor spot (included in photos) she changed it to Friday after 5. Timeliness is terrible!!! When asking her name she stated “the woman that works here” while rolling her eyes and smirking very rudely. I took my dress and left! I will never give my service to this business! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! Do NOT go here! Absolutely terrible customer service! Extremely rude!

5 /5 Jeff Rogers: I have been using this location for over 1 year now. I have never had an issue. My clothes are always clean, pressed perfectly, and always ready when told they will be. The lady has always been nice and even has remembered me. If she sees me pulling in she will start pulling my clothes to have them ready. She also did some alterations on a dress for my wife and done a job well done. I have absolutely no complaints. I was a little skeptical about using them based on the reviews, but have not had any issues.

1 /5 Kathi Cook: Had to give one star. Lady at the counter or owner whoever she is has very límited English,very hard to deal with. Has no idea what you are saying as we ask for drawstring put in pants and she puts elastic in the waist,then goes on to explain she send out alterations,like she has no control to oversee or make sure her alterations are Carried out as the customer wants them done. Ask for inside and outside patch on pants didnt get that either but got charged $31. Yeehee. Dont take your stuff there if you care about it being done right or the way you want it. I hope they dont think we should be charged for her having it redone like we ask. Will not use this place again.
