1 /5 Brandon Spaulding: The store that I picked the item up from did amazing. The staff kept me up to date on the order and called me when the pick FINALLY made it through the online system to the store. The fact the I ordered in-store pick up for an item that the store and in their possession but I couldn’t retrieve the item no earlier that 5 hours from purchase because the Hibbett online system is that slow is ridiculous. I would have been better off calling and having them hold the item for me than ordering online. Which is what I’ll probably do IF, large if might I add, I ever order from this company again. It also took 1 and a half operators for me to actually get some real answers. I will say they did try I was case number 79909691 which was the best operator I had from the 3 I spoke to. That being said your system shouldn’t take a whole day to process an order for an item that the store has in their possession.
