There was nothing wrong with their telephones he charged them $80 which they should not have been charged. And when I confronted him about it he talks so disrespectfully to me he went from zero and a thousand miles an hour without even being able to breathe which tells me that he is as guilty as the day is long my next steps are is to turn him into the Better Business Bureau. People should not be able to prey on the elderly and yet this gentleman has zero problem with trying to rip off my parents Im not putting up with it and I am taking this all the way to City Hall if I have to.
