Hibbett - Madison (GA)

1 /5 Sophia Carroll: Came in looking for a pair of shoes and i eventually found them but there was no help other than a female worker with glasses and dyed hair on her phone. I went to check out and the same lady rung me up and she was very rude and dismissive. Did not greet me or anything only told me my total and when I was looking in my purse for the card I wanted to use she looked very agitated but didn’t say anything. Felt very dehumanized by the staff, will not be coming back!

5 /5 Tasha Gibbs: Jessica was very quick with my check out. Didn’t have much time to shop around. Got what I needed and was in and out in 3 mins. Loved it.

5 /5 L. DH2: This was a great location. Manager was very helpful. We walked in the door 3 minutes before closing and he still remained humble and greatful of our business. We really appreciate the great customer service. Im sure my children will love the shoes. Location was very nice and neat. Parking lot is very spacious, they have handicap accessible ramps. Once again Thanks Hibbett Sports!!!!!!

5 /5 Willie Turner: There were no issues getting my shoes, that I win through the raffle. The staff were both courteous and prompt.

2 /5 brad leete: The experience was horrible. Small selection, the two young men working were only interested in ignoring us very rudely. The only reason I bought anything is the girl that was working realized the horrible vibe we were catching, and then helped us, and did a good job. Im not going back in there ever though, we still needed four more pair of shoes, which we got from Marshalls down the street. Thank goodness other stores are starting to open in Madison now.
