5 /5 Madeleine Childress: I had an amazing experience at South Charm Bridal! I was looking for a particular dress online, and they were so helpful by telling me what then had in-store before I drove in from another state for an appointment. They made it such a special experience with fun drinks and snacks, a sign with my future last name, and we were the only ones in the shop, making the whole experience very relaxed! Out of all the shops I’ve visited, they had the most classy, clean, beautiful dresses I’ve tried on. Truly, almost every dress they pulled out for me was one that I seriously considered! Stacy was so kind and helpful. There was also lots of natural light! They also provide 10% off your purchase if you go on a Tuesday through Friday, which was such an incentive to visit! I found my dress during my visit, and I highly recommend their shop!

5 /5 Raven Poole: Absolutely loved my experience finding my wedding dress at Southern Charm. Caitlin was the best stylist and took out all of the stress from the experience. I arrived nervous as it was my first wedding dress shop, and was greeted with such hospitality, drinks, and breakfast snacks. Caitlin picked my dresses for me and listened to what I liked or didn’t like about each dress. She did amazing and ended up picking out the perfect dress for me. I went to another shop after Southern Charm and felt chaotic, overwhelmed, rushed, and my stylist didn’t help navigate dress shopping. It was a stark contrast to my experience at Southern Charm. I can’t recommend this boutique enough. You will be in good hands here!

It was my first time trying on dresses and they helped me to know what silhouette looked best on my body all while keeping with the details of my inspo dresses I sent to them. I said yes to the dress with their help in a silhouette that I never would have thought would look great on me. The dress fit me to perfection and I walked out with it the same day! For any bride looking for the perfect dress and a fantastic bridal experience, I would highly recommend Kristie and Stacy at Southern Charm!

5 /5 Jan Mullis: The staff and selection at Southern Charm are both top notch. My daughter got her wedding dress and I got my MOB dress there. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. The prices are well within reason. Neither of us felt pressured to make a selection, but instead were encouraged to take the time we needed. Every detail was thought of to make this process special and memorable. Don’t sleep on this shop. It might be a small business in a small town, but it’s a JEWEL! You will not get this special service at a big box store.

All dresses were perfect and the personal attention given to clients was exceptional! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great dress shopping experience! I was so pleased with the beautiful selection of gowns they offer and can order just about anything you may want. The shop offers excellent alterations as well, Mary is the best of the best at making sure your dress is the perfect fit! This shop is definitely an asset to Madison Ga.
