1 /5 Teresa Rios: Walked in to the counter and No one was up front. I heard someone in the kitchen talking with someone else on their phone cussing and then another employee walked in with his scooter and still no greeting no acknowledgement. As I was leaving the lady at drive thru did greeting us out. Smh I will never eat there

1 /5 Brent McCleese: Stood there 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledge us. Ordered the BLT Frisco meal. Got on the road and started to eat. No tomato, very greasy and French fries were cold and stuck together.

1 /5 Emmy Roberts: We came in and went to the restroom before ordering. When I returned to the counter the woman at the counter had went to the back where I heard the cook saying he’s uglier than her. I heard this because we had stood there waiting for a long time for anyone to even acknowledge we existed. I didn’t know who he was talking about until the woman (without a name tag) came around the corner looked at me, rolled her eyes and then proceeded to go back to the back. I have never been treated so poorly for doing nothing except walking into a restaurant to order food. What in the world??? Never going back!!

2 /5 CindyLee Kimmer: I placed and received my order through the drive through because at the door they said the lobby was closed. They neglected to toast the bread on my Frisco burger and when I pulled back around she said they had shut everything down already and I was mistaken about the bread not being toasted. The meat was also under heated but overcooked looking, I do not know how this is possible. I will call corporate in the morning as Ive read another review which states local management has not been helpful in the past.
