2 /5 Sonya Ashley: They messed up two of my orders. These uniforms are already expensive and overpriced and it’s unfortunate when they make the mistake and you have to pay for it. I suggest if you can order your uniforms somewhere else please do and the customer service isn’t that great.

They got everything done in a timely manner and offered sizes and options I couldn’t find other places. I love the variety of items and their staff is very helpful. 1 /5 Be Your Own Beauty: I’ve been a loyal customer of Everyday Uniforms for over two years, but ever since the management changed, the service has gone downhill. I thought the change would be for the better, but the wait times for simple embroidery have become unacceptable. I dropped off two scrubs on June 28th and tried picking them up twice, but they weren’t ready until today, August 12th. This isn’t the first, second, or even third time I’ve had to wait over a month to get a small logo and name put on my scrubs. After speaking with the new owner about this ongoing issue and requesting some form of accommodation, she insisted that $8.95 is standard for all logos, showing no regard for the inconvenience or my loyalty as a long-time customer. In contrast, the previous owner understood the importance of customer satisfaction. When this happened before, she not only apologized but also personally delivered my scrubs to my place of business when I was in a time crunch. This kind of customer care seems to have disappeared with the new management. I hate to say it, but I can no longer recommend Everyday Uniforms. If you want your embroidery done in a reasonable amount of time, I suggest finding another business.

5 /5 Brandy Brown: I have been using Everyday Apparel for 11 years for my children’s uniforms and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Through the years, I have seen so much more than “just a store owner,” the owner of the business puts her heart into what she does and truly cares about her customers and their needs. I have seen her selflessness as she has helped others and seen her compassion that went well beyond putting kids in uniforms. Her heart and compassion for others is huge. I have seen her give so much of herself, more than what her job requires, and it is done without a second thought. I now live in a different town but continue to drive to her because she is the person I choose to do business with. At everyday Apparel I am not just a number, my kids aren’t just a number. She wants to help us and serve us and does it with a smile on her face. Thank you Ala, for all you do and for your kindness, compassion and making my kids look their best. Your kindness and service has not gone unnoticed and I can not thank you enough for everything you and your staff do to help our community and to make sure our kids look good!
