5 /5 laura lamb: Mrs. Elena was wonderful to work with. When I walked in the door with my wedding dress, I instantly felt less stressed . She made everything go smoothly. She did an amazing job on my wedding dress and she remade my grandmothers dress into a rehearsal dress for me. She did incredible on both of them and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

1 /5 Sarah Kitchens: My best friend was referred to her by Elegant Bridals to alter her dream wedding dress. They discussed the plan and dropped the dress off. Elena contacted my friend a day after her grandfather passed wanting to be paid to alter her dress that was not finished. She explained to her the recent loss and that she could not come that day due to grieving and making arrangements for her grandfather. My friend expressed to her she was sorry she could not come the day she contacted her but would arrange another time. Elena was not sympathetic to her and told her she was taking the pins out of her dress and told her to pick it up. Very poor customer service, absence of compassion and sympathy. I would not recommend her services or business to anyone!

5 /5 Peyton Thompkins: She is without a doubt the nicest woman that I have ever met in my life. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and it was as if she knew exactly what service I needed. We talked for almost 20-25 minutes. After I left I just wanted to go back and sit and talk with her. Excellent, excellent service.
