Fashion Ten Ft. Oglethorpe - Fort Oglethorpe (GA)

1 /5 K H: I have went into this store two times. Sadly each time I am never greeted and never treated friendly. Yesterday I was literally the only person in the store. The cashier never acknowledged me even when I passed the register. Obviously I will happily give my business elsewhere and will share my poor experience with others around town.

1 /5 Summer Sweeney: Honestly I wanted to love this store after all the cute stuff they posted online. But.. this store and some of their employees are not plus size friendly. I walked in and wasn’t greeted with 3 employees working. I found the plus section and went to try on clothes. While I was in the dressing room an employee was talking to a guest and they were talking about weight and the employee stated “at least I’m not like some girls who are like cows. I just have a little weight that I need to work on.” Never in my life. EVEN AS A RETAIL MANAGER WOULD I EXPECT THIS TYPE OF TALK! I’ve been in retail for 15 years and this is completely inappropriate conversation to be having with a guest. Once I walked out of the dressing room the guest and employee just stared. I was co completely embarrassed. The employee didn’t even ask how the things I tried on fit. 0/10 will not recommend and will not return.

5 /5 Kelly P: Boutique items at great prices! Im amazed they can sell such awesome things for $10! Most things in the store are less than $30. And their merchandise changes a lot, so there are always fun seasonal items! A great plus sized section, too! Definitely worth checking out!

1 /5 Dixie Thomas: We were very disappointed after todays visit. Customer service was very poor. Usually we love going to Fashion Ten and have great experiences. Unfortunately at this location we have been having issues during our last few purchases. Today they had a $1 rack that had a few different options on it and I chose a shirt that had at least 5-6 of the same style on the rack. Once we checked out we realized something was off with the total price. Instead of being $1 the shirt rang up as $3. I know this is not a huge difference and normally I wouldnt have even said anything but the last time we purchased something from the sale rack the same situation happened then. We had barely stepped away from the counter. We turned around and spoke with a different cashier as the previous one was busy helping someone else. The way that the cashiers acted made us feel like we should have known that the shirt was not $1 but instead $3 because there was a blue dot on the tag. I let them know that there were multiple shirts of the same style on the same rack and we had no indication that it was a different price. We were then told that we could only return one thing one time and even getting that one item returned they made us feel like the whole situation was our fault even though the items were in the wrong place. A drivers license had to be shown to give the $3 refund and we had not even walked away from the counter area. I understand their policies and Ive never returned or exchanged an item before from any of the fashion ten locations. Considering that we had barely moved away right after we completed our purchase they didnt seem to even try to be understanding of the situation.

5 /5 Savannah Cordell: Today I went out shopping and REALLY wanted to visit Fashion Ten in Fort Oglethorpe. I called to check closing time and unfortunately it was 15 til closing. The lady asked me to please stop by anyways, she would help me! I was THRILLED! Jessica greeted me at the door, walked me through the entire store, she give me the BEST professional advice on things and I felt like I was shopping with a friend! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, professional, and welcoming! The prices and selection are amazing and I can’t wait to go back! Thanks Jessica for a great experience!
