3 /5 Carrie: The prices at this store are cheap and reasonable, which I appreciate. However, I was very disappointed with the behavior of the cashier assistant (ID: 2530293). She was so focused on her cellphone during checkout that she didn’t notice a product being scanned five times. When I brought it to her attention, instead of apologizing, she got upset.
I explained that the product was left next to the scanner while she was bagging items, which caused it to keep scanning. The issue wasn’t just the overcharge it was her attitude and the fact that she was distracted by her phone during a transaction.
I hope the management ensures that staff remain attentive and professional while assisting customers.
