2 /5 Dana RS: Never been a Khols shopper but I remember this store being stocked. I made a visit because I had to make an Amazon return. I also wanted to check out bedding. There was absolutely nothing. The bedding section looked like something from a post apocalyptic movie. Empty racks. The stuff that was there was overpriced even with the fake Khols sale discount.
I purchases some pet toys but even those boxes all looked like they were half opened/returned items.
The competitors are beating this place in every way. There is absolutely no reason to shop here.

I recently had a problem with a "buy online, pick up in store" order. Abriauna fixed everything for me on the spot.

1 /5 Lynn H: They deserve zero stars. The Manager was helping with returns. Every customer that came in the store she looked at them like she hated her job. Everytime Ive been in this store its the same situation. Ive been a Kohls customer for over 40 years. This store hires the most rudest managers. Ive even ran into other employees who transfered to other stores because of how rude the manager is. Ive seen so many turn overs at this store. The best manager at Kohls is Bill at Hamilton Mill. Even on a bad day his a nice guy. Ive known Bill for years. We even talk about our kids. Everyone loves HAMILTON BILL. Kohl needs to start looking over videos on how management and employees interact with customers. The store in Cummings has issues with rudeness and bullying. I watched the return center bully a lady because her receipt was long and the sun faded the ticket. The employee ran around in front of all these customers showing the other employees her receipt. Who does that??? Its employees just running the store who feel like no one cares. I felt is was very unprofessional. Kohls has some of the most unprofessional employees Ive ever seen. I trained customer service. I would never allow employees to do what Kohls employees do. Ive decided to close my account after watching the behavior over years of Kohls abuse and bullying of customers. Theyve changed CEO numerous times. Infact they just announced another CEO. They also hired TRE for returns. TRE has so many flaws. I worked for Bed Bath and Beyond. TRE caused there stores to go under. Also Best BUY quit doing business with TRE for that reason. There is alot of reviews under Kohls about TRE causing issues with Kohls. TRE is going to cause Kohls to close stores. If you have a problem with theft hire loss prevention who can actually stop the thiefs. I know alot of employees at Kohls and have seen customers just walk out the door with items. Management states they cant do anything. TRE just makes assumptions in house. They dont stop the customers walking out the door. TRE hurts customers that shop online. When you buy clothes online. You have to try things on and some work and some dont. I stopped ordering online years ago because they send the wrong items. Kohls use to be my favorite store to shop. But after watching employees treat others like dirt. Im done. Kohls would not have a company if it wasnt for the loyal customers.
