5 /5 Mary Lambert: The assistant manager was great. I asked for help and she was glad to help. We need more store asistance and people who really want to help. Not a bunch that is mad because they have to work.

4 /5 Cynthia Wells: Buyer beware!!! Just a word of advice... Please take a moment to examine all clothing closely before purchasing. I stopped in today to make a return and was informed that the item was stained. I never wore it, so Im left to assume that it must have been stained when I purchased it. The manager was kind enough to refund my money. However, Im posting because I do not want anyone else to feel like I did in that moment. Prior to this, I have always had great experiences with this store and that will probably continue. However, I will be more cautious about checking each item thoroughly before making a purchase.

1 /5 Kim Anderson: I know customer service is not the best nowadays BUT basic common courtesy is not hard. When checking out, bc cashier 102 didn’t say “hello”, “is this all for you”, “ areyou ready to check out”…nothing! So I spoke to her instead and she just stared at me like she was lost with no reply back. So I told her “hey, I spoke to you bc She’s on her cell phone with it on speaker phone so maybe that’s the reason why she was looking crazy. Store a mess but you are on your cellphone? Poor customer service.

5 /5 Shelia Combs: I was in search of a birthday gift. Met Ayana H. and she made the shopping experience pleasant. Her willingness to assist and the selection of clothing provided by Cato was a bonus plus.

5 /5 Charlye Morehead: I enjoyed the experience. I hadnt been to a clothing store in years, and this was one of my favorites in previous years. I was able to find everything I needed on sale. Im a plus size so finding a bargain was amazing.
