1 /5 Miluska Alburqueque: Today, June 28, I had a very disappointing experience at Cato store #185. My transaction was #1393, at register #2, and the cashier was #108. I’ve been a loyal Cato customer for years — I shop in locations across many states, including Smyrna, Dalton, and others — and I’ve always received excellent service. I usually come to this store as well, and until now, I’ve always been treated with kindness and professionalism.
Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. The new staff members barely acknowledged me, and the treatment I received was cold and unfriendly — definitely not what I’ve come to expect from Cato. I love the clothes, I truly enjoy shopping here, but it saddens me that someone representing the brand could offer such poor service. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience.
