Boot Barn - Valdosta (GA)

1 /5 Angel: Went in to purchase a wallet for my fiance and look for a skirt for myself. Unfortunately finding what I was looking for was difficult. I did try on shorts and found skirts in dressing room, none were exactly what I wanted. The bad part was being followed around the store by staff and stared at the entire time. No one offered us assistance in any way, no one greeted us or spoke, other than when I asked if i could use changing room. After walking around the store, multiple whole times discussing skirts and shorts with my daughter, within ear shot of staff, we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were just stared down as if we were going to steal something. Then, the audacity of the lady checking us out to say, did anyone help you today? Come on, you were staring at us the entire time. I paid for the wallet, and left a little embarrassed and a lot disappointed. After recently purchasing some Miranda Lambert boots at another location, I really wanted to add to the collection, but I will definitely drive any where else before I come back.

4 /5 Ken: The store seems to have a very good selection of merchandise. That said, I’m not a cowboy and don’t necessarily know all the “western” brands. They have clothing, boots, shoes, and accessories. For the brands I recognized some of the prices were just a little high, but they may have sales here that lower prices from time to time. The location is convenient and has ample parking.

5 /5 W4nderer: A very neat and well organized store! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful western wear that may seem pricey until you realize the quality. Ill probably go back many times.
