5 /5 Dell McMullen: Chong was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so happy she did! Chong is amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, I felt right at home. Chong is so friendly and kind….so easy to talk to. She was determined to get the alterations just right, and she did! The price was reasonable. The timeline for picking up the dress was great. Everything was just right! If you haven’t met Chong, do yourself a favor and get her to alter your next purchase. You’ll be glad you did!

1 /5 Jenn Paradiso: I brought my work shorts in for a simple alteration and ended up with them completely ruined. The waist was taken in in such a way that it messed up the fit and made the back look terrible. When I brought them back, the seamstress even admitted that when the waist is brought in it can cause the back to look like that, but she kept saying she didn’t touch it—even though it was clearly from the alteration. I told her I wished she had explained that from the beginning, because that’s something a customer should be told up front, along with how much it would cost to fix it. Instead, when I asked the price, she said, “I don’t know,” and then told me, “I don’t think I want your business here.” A complete and total lack of customer service or accountability for a job that was messed up, and a refusal to fix it. Save yourself the money and the headache—go somewhere else.

At first Chong said that she could have the dress back to me on June 2nd, but I needed it before the 17th of May. I talked to her & she worked me in & is getting my dress ready for me on Thursday before the graduation! She really saved my life!
