1 /5 Kerry Berry: I visited the store today looking for a Christmas gift for my husband and was approached by an older associate with short gray hair who was wearing a mask. I asked if the store carried the new Gravité cologne. She responded, very bluntly, that if I didn’t see it in the case, then they don’t carry it.
Thinking she might not be familiar with the product, I asked if this was her department. She said yes, so I repeated my question. Her reply was again rude and dismissive, repeating that if it wasn’t in the case, then they don’t have it. The tone and attitude made me feel as if she didn’t want to be bothered by customers at all.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and not what I expect when shopping for holiday gifts. Needless to say I will not be back.
