2 /5 Marcie Pan: Similar to what many other reviewers have mentioned, I did not have a great experience at this store today.
A couple points I agree with that other visitors have already stated: The store is stuffed with merchandise, however you can not see most of the clothes because they are packed too tightly on the racks. If you attempt to pull one thing off a rack, it pulls multiple other items as well and/or pulls your item off the hanger because its so tight, you can only get the hanger itself out. You end up needing to push about 30 pounds of clothes on either side over and that still barely give you space to pull your item out. The result is -> you dont do it very much. They had tons of clothes I would have liked to see, (cute stuff! Hard to get local without going to the city) but didnt because I wasnt going to go through the effort once I saw this play out.
In addition to that and perhaps even more important, the only person in the store was the staff member, a female who was dismissive. I was the only visitor in the store. If you were packed, I could understand, youre busy, but when you have no one but me? Looking through these review validated what I experienced was the norm. The store is too small to be in close proximity that type of vibe. There were these cute boots that werent in my size but I was going to ask if they could order them in and I would come pick them up. After interacting with her however, I just left.
I was told the owner is "Mandy". Mandy if you are out there, why arent you addressing this? Multiple unrelated people cant be making this up. We want to come shop, you have awesome stuff!
