3 /5 wheeler mann: I visited this Belk today with a family member, who is a paraplegic and uses a power wheelchair. The store was so tightly packed that she couldn’t get down most aisles, and we had to keep turning around because the pathways were too narrow. It made the trip much harder than it should have been.
I know corporate sets merchandising standards, and this is otherwise a great location, but accessibility matters. Customers who use mobility devices deserve to move through the store safely and comfortably.
I truly hope this can be addressed, and I’m open to discussing it further if it helps. We want to keep shopping here, but the current layout makes it almost impossible for wheelchair users.
