2 /5 Daniela Murcia: Very mediocre customer service. My friend Asked the girls for another size and she waited and waited. I finally go out to set some items back and the girl is just talking and hanging out with another coworker—no effort to check. I asked her about the item and then she said she’d check. At that point we were checked out. Just very rude. Not a fan of throwing the race or accent card, but maybe a refresher on compassion and kindness would benefit yall. Also saw some young girls getting side eyed for looking! Being a young girl is hard, finding your style is hard, be kind!

2 /5 Victoria: Girls working has no personality what so ever. One girl was hovering over me like a hawk thinking I’m going to steal your store.. calm down. I worked and specialized in retail in the fashion industry. Stop with that, seriously.

1 /5 Sidney Emrey: The last couple months every time I’ve been in this store the customer service has been sad, especially the new offline side. The girls don’t acknowledge you, don’t smile, don’t ask if you need help, and do not greet you. I tried to compliment the stores new inventory at check out and didn’t even get a response.

3 /5 Jennifer Buday: I love shopping at this store but recently went in and saw a young girl looking at the undergarments trying to find a style she liked. The worker went up to her and said “do you need help finding a size?” The young girl said “just looking for a style”. The worker proceeded to state “well if we can keep it looking nice that would be great because we have corporate coming to look at our store”. I’m sorry but that is the rudest thing you could say to a consumer. This makes me not want to ever shop here again!!
