1 /5 Rosey: The store was immaculate. I was welcomed when I first walked into it but had no other assistance after that. I went into the store to exchange a pair of shoes for a smaller size I had received as a Christmas gift. I told the employee who was doing the exchange that it was a Christmas gift. She proceeded to do the exchange and informed me that I would be getting $60 back because the shoes I purchased had now gone on sale. I was excited and ready to pick out another pair of shoes before she handed me the receipt and says Yep, the money has been returned to the card, and I said back on the card. This is a Christmas gift, and I didn’t want them to know I was returning it. I left the store because there was nothing we could do since the return had already been processed. I think the store needs holiday training, especially in these situations. I must inform the gift giver that they’re getting $60 back for shoes when they see their credit card statement, which is disappointing. Because I did not want the gift giver to know I was exchanging the shoes. The girl who did my exchange was in her mid-50s 50s, with blonde hair and bangs. It wasnt enjoyable that she didn’t have excellent customer service skills.
I gave the store a three-star review because of its cleanliness. I’ve completely changed my mind and given it a one-star. My sister-in-law also went into that store trying to exchange her shoes for the same pair in a smaller size, and they paid her $10 for the same pair of shoes in a smaller size. It was an even exchange. We should not have to pay any cost out-of-pocket. I’m just very disappointed and that these employees need better holiday training or just training in general
