1 /5 Kathleen Cox: Its a great store lot of great productions but their no refund or exchange polices is what aggravates me my husband bought a DVD from them got home opened all the plastic off and opened the case and the back of the DVD looked like someone took a lighter to it or something it was damaged and called the store and pretty much told us that they couldnt do anything which was disappointing we live a good 45 mins away and wasted money and gas so be real careful what you buy and examine it before you buy cuz once you do then its your problem.
