1 /5 Monique Hollings: I had a very unpleasant experience in this store. The manager was not professional and looked to be like she was in a club instead of at work. She was on her phone and not helping the nice associate that was trying to help me return a pair of boots that I didn’t want. The associate was so pleasant to me and was apologetic about how the manager was acting. She deserves to be in the manager position because she was very professional and polite. Madrag of Columbus you need to do better with the selection of your managerial team. This will prevent consumers such as myself from shopping in your store.
