3 /5 Linda Ibarra: Awesome prices and selection of clothing! The clearance section was so cute and affordable. I would definitely come back for the prices and the pretty selection of womens apparel. The only problem was that the manager/supervisor was very rude in general. She did not allow me or my friend to shop comfortably. She kept rushing me while I was picking outfits, told me to go try them on immediately because she was closing in 20 minutes, and then she banged on the dressing room for me to hurry up by telling me she was closing in 10 minutes. I only had 5 clothing items and she could have been more polite in addressing that they were closing soon. My friend apologized to her while we were checking out and told her that we were sorry for taking so long in the dressing room, but instead of paying attention to us, she angrily told her employees to tell other customers by the door that they cannot come in the store. She told her workers to immediately lock the door (prior to closing time) and not let other customers into the store because she did not think they would finish their shopping by the time the store closed. Three of us drove 3 hours to come to this store and a friend even came all the way from Miami to visit this store, and we did not even get 1 hour of stress-free shopping here because the manager was rushing us the whole time. I understand that employees want to go home, but the manager/supervisor needs to find a kind way to politely inform customers that they are closing soon and that they are not able to stay past closing. Management needs to improve friendly interpersonal communication skills; otherwise, this store is a pleasure to shop at! All the other employees were helpful and friendly!
