1 /5 Stephen Youngblood: Not a sound congregation. If in the area look for another place to worship. Areas unscriptural: Song Service (beat boxing multiple leaders) , Emotionalism (rythmic clapping and hand waving), Communion (the teaching that Christs body was broken), and Giving (falsely teaching tithing not giving).
My experience:
Arriving the welcome table grabs you and has you fill out visitor information, which is great, except you miss going in to8 sit down, then they have everyone stand outside until the announcements are done, which again is good because of decency and order, but then as song service is going on, the action of worship the let the large group in. The song service utilize beat boxing and multiple song leaders which is not authorized in the scripture. When the preacher Bro. Butler began singing he encouraged hand waving, once again outside the authorization of the bible. Emotionalism is encouraged and seems what service is propagated on. The members are friendly, but the congregations actions show they are in need study. The message was good, was rooted in book chapter and verse, homoletically sound, and was truthfully conveyed. This congregation also falsely teaches tithes. Not recommended as a sound congregation.
