Kayla Cravens: Not a good experience. I originally scheduled an appointment for my son and I. He’s 10 with epilepsy.On the phone call setting up I specifically asked if I could come back there at first so he’s comfortable and that wasn’t a problem that he didn’t have to sit in the waiting room by himself due to his epilepsy.what if someone doesn’t know what to do?
I get there for the appointment and it’s time to go back and he’s now not aloud to go back and I’m told the front desk lady can watch him. I do get a bit of an attitude and the guy that was going to do my X-ray allows him to come back just this one time. There is a lady that freaks out after she sees him simply standing against the wall and makes us leave and does not even listen to what I have to say, the why behind it, and not to mention getting the okay before the appointment is even made. She did not give the gentleman that gave the okay in the office a chance to speak. She was extremely rude and it seemed to be more of a power trip at this point.
How is it okay for me to go back with my son, but he’s not aloud to come back with me after is okay with two different people?
Not to mention you cause a seen in front of my child and make him feel unwelcomed? The gentleman that was going to do my xray was decent enough to understand the why behind it and closed the door so we were able to speak like adults when I was getting a bit frustrated. The lady that caused a scene pointed at my son and had a look of disgust like he was an inconvenience.
If you guys accept minors, understand and make it feel welcoming for them. Also if there is a true medical concern, be open minded and listen.
Amber Cato: This place was absolutely amazing. Very professional staff and calm atmosphere. They were very reassuring before and after surgery, they covered every base imaginable! They even called to check in on me days after the surgery. It just made the experience as painless as humanly possible. Very sweet and patient understanding ladies there, that helped me and gave me all the support I could ask for. Also made timely post-op appointments for the Doctor to check on the recovery progress. Covered all bases. Excellent bedside manner. Thank GOD I never have to go through that again, but if I did? I would absolutely choose them and recommend them for anyone of any age. All around superb experience, I couldnt be more satisfied! Thank you guys!!!
Elizabeth Carter: My son had 2 visits recently and both went very well. He is not afraid to go to the dentist even after having some work completed. Thanks for helping him feel comfortable!
