5 /5 Jessica B.C.: I just had my first appointment, and so far, I have a great opinion of this office. I really enjoyed my visit and mentioned to my family how satisfied I was. I really liked how clean and professional the place was, and I loved that the lady up front was nice and cordial. Every single staff member had nice, happy energy and greeted me with a smile. They listened well, and I loved how my doctor came in with a game plan, and even gave me the plan written out and explained it to me, so I felt like she knew what she was doing and genuinely desired to help me. I also appreciated that the lady drawing blood listened when I told her that I had a fear of needles, so she was very kind and kept talking to me to keep me distracted. They all made a visit that I’ve been anxious about a positive experience, so I would definitely recommend this place. I was left hopeful about my follow up appointments and my pregnancy goals.

1 /5 Denitra Zellner: Let me start by saying I love wellstar. They do have some of the most amazing providers in all practices, however, todays canceled appointment with. Dr. Naik really irritated me. March 1st I had gallbladder surgery at the kennestone hospital. Upon discharge, I was told to follow up immediately with ob/gyn. I didnt have insurance at the time so I waited until I got insurance to schedule my appointment. I live in east cobb. So being that I usually go to the wellstar obgyn in the area, they were completely booked until next month so I decided to travel the 1hr to the Lagrange office because they had plenty of available appointments. I scheduled to see Dr. Naik today, being that she had several appointments available. I was on my way out the door when I received a mychart message that my appointment was canceled. So I called to inquire why. I was told because my referral from the ER had anothers Dr. Name that they couldnt see me and that I need to contact the Dr. That referred me to change the provider. I explained it was an ER referral so I couldnt get in touch with that Dr. and upon research I couldnt find Dr. Nicole Paul in the database, I didnt think it mattered who I CHOSE to see!! so I then asked well I need to get in with the obgyn anyway, can they just see me outside of the referral. This young lady told me no, because Dr. Naik said youll be a new patient and that you need to be seen in your area. I felt like crap being turned away like that. Like I can see if your booked and busy but the availability was back to back... giving plenty of time to be seen as a new patient ...even though I was really an established patient but because its been a year, yes, I needed to update my information in which I had already done so online. I think its my choice to see whoever I want but after being told that, I guess I will stick to my area bc it put a bad taste in my mouth. My words are really kind on text compared to what came out my mouth after that call! Its like theres no patient care or hospitality to go over and beyond .. it simply just felt like "no!! we dont want you here!!" Very disappointing.
