Dollar General - jeffersonville - Jeffersonville Kenneth Davis: Over a year ago, I wrote a review about this store. It was not good, and I gave them a three star rating. Well, I went in today and was surprised at the turnaround. The aisles were clean and uncluttered. Everything was well organized.
The best part was listening to the manager as he greeted each guest that came into the store. He treated everyone as a VIP customer. And, he was truly sincere. Super friendly and helpful. Hands down the best service Ive seen in a long time.
I wish I could have given them more than a five star rating. Lets call it 5+
Gerald A Griggs DMD PC - Blairsville Linda Strong: My husband had an abcessed tooth. We have been searching for a dentist since moving here, and not found one. He managed to get an appointment and I accompanied him so I could meet Dr Griggs as well.
We were greeted by a woman in the reception area and was told firmly, and rather rudely, that since I was not being “seen” I could not remain inside. This was already a problem, as we explained, it was very hot outdoors, I have had a stroke, am 65 years old and do not drive. I asked could I at least be allowed to meet the doctor. She told me no, absolutely not. I started out the door and my husband told her to just cancel his appointment. We left, with his toothache intact. We were both stunned by the level of rudeness we had just encountered, as well as lack of concern or compassion.
