5 /5 eve Halter: I came in to find a few products , and one employee noticed I was struggling , stopped her stocking activities and came over to ask to help me. She spent the the next 45 minutes with me helping my find concealer , foundation , and other products. She was very informative and sweet. I will always recommend anyone who comes here to speak with Ashton. She really made me feel seen and heard especially being 89 years old.

5 /5 Cindy Riggan: I come into Valdosta from about an hour away. Every time I come into this Ulta, the staff has always been extremely helpful with what I needed, was looking for, or even when I had a problem with something I purchased they have always taken great care of me! Today, I went in, and Lindsay was amazing helping me with my needs. She even informed me they do make-up tutorials at 30-minute increments for a small fee. If Id had the time today, because of what I was looking for, I would have taken her up on that offer. However, she gave me her card to make an appointment for the next time Im in town! Im excited to do this! We had a moment that both of our service dogs alerted us, and we had to sit on the floor to do DPT. The staff was respectful and did not bother us.

2 /5 Sara Rich: This store has 3 people running the registers but really talking & playing amongst themselves all the time. Today I could not find anyone to help me, it’s a huge store, I made efforts but nobody available. I tested and found my own products. Was almost ready to check out when I realized the Smashbox Makeup primer I was about to purchase was a product I had not used in 8 years, I have a perfume allergy to MANY makeup products. They had NO testers for this product. Knowing I could return the product within 30 days but needing it now, I opened the product to put a little on my arm. I was screamed at by a saleswoman “ Ma’am don’t open that product! You have to use a tester!” In front of everyone in the section of the store I was in. I told her I planned to purchase it. She continued her humiliation of me telling me they would have to mark that product damaged. I told her they would have to mark that product damaged if I returned it to the store. Keep in mind I had not even put it back on a shelf! Screaming at a customer to use a tester when there was none was ridiculous. I checked out with one of the girls who had been playing the entire hour I had been in there rather than helping the many customers wandering around like me, I told her I was going to purchase the product and try it on. I told her I could not run to my nearby town I lived in and get back to the store to return it another time. The cashier was livid that I tried on the product and stood near the register. I had barely put the primer on my arm to see if I would react when she screamed “Can you wear it?” I said no I have to leave it on around 10 min. That did not suit her. She screamed “Do you need a manager?” I was going to say no but she glared at me as she was already leaving her spot for the first time in an hour. I asked “Do you really want to take it this far?” She ran for that manager. So I explained everything I’ve just said to that manager That manager did not say I’m sorry or anything to ease the situation. So it’s clear she is the tail and not the dog. No wonder her staff is rude. I see now everyone else dislikes the behaviors at this store. I told her I spent 500 dollars within 10 days there, I would not be back. I also told the manager this store had the reputation of letting criminals walk in, grab loads of products, walk out, and the store doesn’t call the cops. The manager denied that but an employee told me she is scared to work there because they allow thieves in like this. To the saleswoman who started all this and taunted me with “Why don’t you write a review!” Here it is. May this whole store get a new set of employees!

5 /5 Keri Carrigg Pringle: Yesterday (3/15) we visited this store. It was a busy Saturday and the store was full of people. Despite how busy it was, the staff were efficient and friendly. Id like to note how professional the staff was working the front around 12:00 PM and how they handled a difficult customer with grace and professionalism. I honestly drive from Florida to shop at this Ulta in comparison to others because of the service, staff and availability of items. We love you Ulta - Valdosta!

To the post that Sara Rich posted I was there that day at Ulta and everything you said in your post are all LIES. I saw that woman trying to test bare minerals out and then the only screaming being done in the store was her not the associates. True Karen
