Hannah Christensen: Firstly, I found the stylist I interacted with to be extremely rude. I noted to the stylist of experiencing burning and discomfort however she did nothing. No patch test, no empathy, but a nice big unfortunate rash on my back. To make matters worse, the perm I spent $140 on is nonexistent. This is my first one, and so I was led to believe things that simply weren’t true about how it would “look better later” or “curl after it dries”. I was sent out of the salon with wet, unstyled hair that is anything but a perm, and has only become straighter as the evening has gone on. Overall, I am simply very dissatisfied with my experience yesterday and strongly encourage others to vote with their feet and move along.

Not only was the whole process professional and kind, they also took great care of my two senior fur ladies. They both look amazing and they did exactly what we asked to have done. Their prices are super reasonable and the pups look amazing! We have found our new fur-ever groomers!! Thank you.
