I moved to Savannah this year and immediately set about trying to find someone who can cut short hair well on women. Im pretty particular about my cuts not only because I have a somewhat round/heart-shaped face, but also because Im too busy to be getting chops every 4 weeks. Seth does a stellar job complementing my face shape, my hair texture and my personal style (feminine but just a bit edgy). His cuts always look great walking out of the salon, but they ALSO grow out so well! Finally, hes awesome about scheduling. Those moments where you all the sudden look in the mirror and think "omg.. i need a haircut NOW", fear not! Seth can fit you in week of, if not the next day. I really look forward to my appointments, and always feel good until my next one. Cant praise his work enough.

I just did color with her a couple of weeks ago, and my highlights look very natural. Exactly the pick me up I needed! I love the atmosphere at Towne, too. They have a wide variety of Bumble and bumble products for sale as well.

3 /5 Josh Kersey: Overall a nice experience. The salon is clean, bright and inviting. My stylist did a great job from a technical point of view - I had a full head of foils and the foils were applied well, evenly spaced and there was no bleeding of color. Her choice of toner was just what I like for my blonde. The end result, while decent, was not entirely what I expected. I have quite blonde mid-lengths and ends however the foiling was done too finely. There was also not enough lift from the bleach either and the new foiling matches only the darkest parts of my existing blonde (which while not brassy, is a bit gold). As a result of both factors, my roots do still appear quite dark compared to the rest of my hair. I did feel rushed towards the end. The experience at the basin was done quite quickly, with no scalp massage which is what I am accustomed to. I was also expecting a trim as discussed in the initial consultation which there was no time left to do. The blow dry was also done very quickly and my hair was not completely dried. My appointment began at 1pm and was over with by 2.30pm (I was also 15 minutes early). In my experience this is too short for a full-head foil service. My stylist did not ask how I liked my hair at the end and I was checked out pretty much immediately. This not only contributed to the feeling of being “rushed out” however it also makes me believe she herself may not have been pleased with the work she had done.
