She is a wealth of knowledge and the first hairdresser to educate me about my hair type, describe the anatomy of hair growth, and explain why certain products are better for my hair than others. She is warm and friendly and funny and it only takes one visit to make you a client for life. LOVE this woman! (edited: Ive been with Devalon for almost two years now and still adore her!)

I had just gone through the chaos of Hurricane Helene in Asheville, and after evacuating, I was really in need of a comforting space and a fresh wash and style for my hair. From the moment I walked in, Devalon made me feel so welcome and cared for. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but more than that, she’s genuinely empathetic. Our conversation was so inspiring, and her kindness blew me away—she even refused to take payment! I was honestly so touched. I’ve already booked my second appointment, and I’d gladly pay any amount for her services. The other ladies in the salon were also lovely and supportive, which just made the whole experience even more special. I cant recommend Devalon enough!
