1 /5 Nay: So I showed the guy so many styles that I wanted and he keep telling me that he couldn’t do it. Then I showed him a picture of what I wanted he also stated I couldn’t get it because my nail is going to show which is not true at all because I’m looking at the reviews and the person has it done on the page. Another thing I was supposed to to get a pedicure and all the girl did was polish my toes, no callus removal or anything.This was my first time coming here and I spend almost 100 dollars to get something that was horrible.There are plenty of times I got my nails don’t half way without getting the full nail done. I paid 60 dollars for something that is very ugly.

1 /5 Taylour Rhoden: Before I start let me just say I NEVER leave bad reviews . This is my first! Please save your time and money and do not use this place . They were so rough and kept drilling into my real nail after multiple times of me telling the lady it was hurting . She just looked at me and said I know. I had my dipped nails soaked off and I had to scrape it off myself and they just left remaining polish on my nails and still charged me $10. They never touched my hands except to file off the clear top coat. She also kept drilling into my toenails when she was trying to get the gel polish off and argued with me when I told her I didn’t want gel again. Charged me $75 for a 50 pedicure because they didn’t have the scent I originally asked for and kept insisting that I get gel polish again. My nails are in a mess. I’ll leave a picture for your own judgement.

1 /5 Genny Martin: Man this used to be my go to place but the last two times have not been pleasant experiences so appears I’ll need to find a new nail salon. Last time I left with glue all over my eyelids and was cut during my pedicure. I waited several months and decided to give them a try, again. Today I was sat in my chair for a mani/pedi and lashes. I sat in the chair for over an hour- they even changed my water because it had gotten cold along with the girl next to me. It took 2.5 hours to just get a pedicure. I had to tell them I couldn’t get the manicure and lashes I wanted as well because they took so long just to do my pedicure and I had somewhere to be. What sucks even more is I was asked 4 times on what nail color I wanted and still got the wrong color. I truly feel had I had an open afternoon for a basic mani/pedi and lashes I’m almost positive I would’ve walked out around 4/5 hours. In total just for a basic non-gel pedi, it took a little over 3 hours…That’s absolutely insane.
