the omni Degenerate: TLDR The reviews about needing to double check your bills and coverage as well as no sense of expediency are absolutely correct unfortunately, there is a character limit. I wish I could go into more details so I guess I’ll just give the super ultra TLDR first of all I am somebody who usually gives the utmost respect to healthcare and service individuals because of the number of crap they have to deal with. With that being said, this experience was incompetence Just recently despite having all of my medical information, including my Medicaid card and everything else and confirming that they did have it, they still have now twice tried to bill me a $100 co-pay. I had to call their billing department and get that sorted out that’s what most recently led to me leaving this review but since I am here I should also mention a few months ago I went in for what I thought was a heart attack. Luckily, it turned out to just be a flareup of a Tachycardia issue I have. but at the time I didn’t know that. so I went in and there was no one else in the lobby. They were by no means busy whatsoever despite that I spent roughly 20 to 30 minutes in the lobby another 20 to 30 minutes in the room And I didn’t finally have my issue addressed with a EKG or saline bag which I had already requested the moment, I walked in the door (The saline bag is for my tachycardia condition as I also considered that was a possibility ) until nearly an hour and a half later The reviews that say this place requires you to double check your bills and that they also have no sense of urgency are absolutely correct Thank God it wasn’t an actual heart attack because if it was, I would’ve coded right there in the lobby floor before even being seen Here’s how it should actually work if someone comes in complaining of a heart issue or attack (assuming you have any staff free, which is place absolutely did) They should basically be immediately tagged to come out grab you and run an EKG at the very minimum immediately and then to get those results to a doctor as soon as possible. on top of that if someone like me who knows that a saline bag could help their condition (if it turns out that’s what it was, which it did by the way) then that should be given almost immediately as well again after the EKG (or whatever other needed test although in my case there were none ) confirms or rules out a heart attack as I know that can get complicated If you give it before you know what’s going on. (and honestly, I’m focusing on heart attacks here, but this should probably be the case for any medical suspected condition that can lead to very quick or sudden death) How do I know this? Because it’s how I was treated by a far more competent hospital three or four years ago. Who by the way was exponentially more busy as I think this was near Covid time and the waiting room was completely packed in that hospital. compared to this one that again…was completely empty. If this is how I was treated, I would’ve been in and out within 30 minutes to an hour instead I spent nearly 2 or three there total. And judging by the other replies, I’m fairly certain somebody who works there we’ll see this. And to be fair, the heart attack thing happened like back in December. So maybe they have already updated their policies to account for it. But what they have not updated and need to as well is an official policy that their billers or receptionist or whoever it is knows to double check. and bill FIRST the insurance company as well as Medicare and Medicaid BEFORE ever asking for a co-pay from the patient, they were so in a rush to get a co-pay for me. I hadn’t even seen the doctor yet!!! That’s right I got my co-pay before I even got my meds… Jesus guys.

Chelsea Long: I waited over a month for my appointment today which I completely understood. I have a bad toothache , once my exam was done ( total of about one minute ) I was told my nerve was exposed and that I would need a root canal but I opted for extraction. I was told I would have to reschedule for the extraction due to infection but that they would call me in something for pain and an antibiotic. Mind you I am in excruciating pain with this exposed nerve. When I went to schedule the extraction I’m told the earliest appointment for that is over a month away. I schedule that and go home praying whatever medicine they call in helps this pain I’m in. I leave the office around 3 so I waited until 6 to call my pharmacy to find out I hadn’t had anything called in for me. The lack of empathy from the staff really broke my heart. I was crying in pain in the office and they couldn’t care less. I have made an appointment at a different dentist office to have my tooth extracted Monday - I just feel like they took my money and didn’t care at all that I was in so much pain. My advice if you’re in pain DONT GO HERE !!! I am so disappointed.
