I have a bad toothache , once my exam was done ( total of about one minute ) I was told my nerve was exposed and that I would need a root canal but I opted for extraction. I was told I would have to reschedule for the extraction due to infection but that they would call me in something for pain and an antibiotic. Mind you I am in excruciating pain with this exposed nerve. When I went to schedule the extraction I’m told the earliest appointment for that is over a month away. I schedule that and go home praying whatever medicine they call in helps this pain I’m in. I leave the office around 3 so I waited until 6 to call my pharmacy to find out I hadn’t had anything called in for me. The lack of empathy from the staff really broke my heart. I was crying in pain in the office and they couldn’t care less. I have made an appointment at a different dentist office to have my tooth extracted Monday - I just feel like they took my money and didn’t care at all that I was in so much pain. My advice if you’re in pain DONT GO HERE !!! I am so disappointed.
MedLink Dental - Danielsville Naomi Ballenger: Lied to me twice about the appointment. I called week after thanksgiving to have two teeth pulled only have appointment available January 8th so I took it, I called the Monday before the appointment to confirm I’m getting my teeth pulled was told yes. Went to my appointment and they tell me they do not pull teeth same day!! Was told to make ANOTHER appointment to have ONE pulled and that appointment was for MARCH!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!
Robert W. Hooper, DMD - Danielsville Nicole Anderson: Dr Hooper and his dental hygienists as well as office staff are very kind. Dr Hooper has the best bed side manner is very strong n thourough. They actually care about us...the patients..not just the $. I will recommend everyone to this office.
Southwest Georgia Dental Associates: Carr Michael R DDS - Donalsonville Chelsey Glass: I was very skeptical of returning back here for future use. My parents used this dentist office for us as children and I wanted my children to come here as well. The previous experiences here were not so pleasant with the attitudes from desk clerks and assistants in the back. They always seemed to be pushy and in a rush and in a situation of teeth removal wanted me to make a sudden decision. The rudeness from the front desk lady really kept me away for years. The fact that I now have children I want them to have a dentist office we all are comfortable with and giving them a chance today was a good thing for me. The lady at the front desk was very nice and the lady whom cleaned my teeth today made everything so comfortable and I could not have asked for anything more than what I received today. I hope that with upcoming appointments for my children that I feel the same after their appointments. Previous experiences with family members at dentist offices make me skeptical sending my kids alone to the back. Hopefully in time... Ill rid that fear. I rate todays visit a biggggg 10!!!! ❤️
