Miranda Rowland: Beautiful hidden little gem. Nice natural trails. Will definitely be back!!! I love the wild flowers and the little signs they have around the plants and trees to identify them.
Only issue was other people not keeping their dogs on a leash, keeping us from continuing on our walk comfortably.
Kaitlyn Donovan: This was the greatest work of art I have ever laid my eyes upon. It was beautiful & such a great way to honor the poultry capital of the world. 10/10 recommend everyone go see this & take the whole family.
Lynn Agnes: Rock Creek Veterans Park & Longwood Park (on Lake Lanier)have it all - a memorial to American Veterans, paved paths which makes it enjoyable and safe for all levels of walkers, runners, families with young children & dogs (terrific playground and even a small beach and tennis/pickle ball courts on Lake Lanier as well as fishing pier & rental kayaks)…and beautiful native flowers & art. It’s a happy place
Anthony Divinagracia: Im once again amazed at the improvements the city has done to Wessell Park. The parking lot has been doubled in size and restrooms have been added. The basketball & tennis courts have been improved as well. One ambitious addition added to the park was a disk golf course. While the areas around the aforementioned facilities seem safe for disk golf, Holes 5-18 could be improve upon specifically the trails between each hole as during the fall season, it can be difficult to see the direction of the course through the woods. Other than that, this park is a nice place to walk the dog and be with friends and family.
Arie Ross: Beautiful plantation home! The owner/resident caretaker is a rare breed and devotes her whole self to the upkeep and preservation of this jewel of Georgia! Had a fun tour and could have stayed all evening to chat with her. The best home tour I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve done tons of them.
pianogirlny: This museum is a hidden gem! They have many neat exhibits that give a glimpse into the history of the local area as well as the region. The woman who gave us the tour has done extensive research and was a fountain of information. We were there for well over 2 hours and still could have stayed longer. Just go - you wont be disappointed!
K Reed: This was such a nice experience. The museum is very well curated and has some fascinating bits of memorabilia. I enjoyed this museum even more than the World of Coke in Atlanta. It was not crowded at all and we got to enjoy each exhibit. The nice lady who was running the museum when we visited was so helpful and answered all my questions.
Buster Ray: My mom brought me and my granddaughter here, the granddaughter (5 years old) walked us to death. Lol. She cant wait to come back. Nice little park.
