1 /5 Deneen Johnson: This was my first time getting SNS, and one nail cracked within a few hours. I went back to get it fixed, but the next day, two more cracked. The nail tech did a sloppy job—the set looked messy and unprofessional. I won’t be going back and will be finding a new salon. I really wanted to like this salon since it’s down the street from my house.

1 /5 Kelly Nelson: Worst nail salon!!! The “owner” did my nails… They were supposed to be white and turned this ugly yellow brown color with white spots, uneven, not smooth bumpy. She your to blame me I have no idea how I could’ve made my nails look that way but I’ve not done any cleaning or anything, I got them done for an event and it was beyond embarrassing having people look at them. All I wanted was a fill in, White like they were when I came in. She argued about the shape of my nails I told her I did not want coffin… She still did coffin .. within 24 hours they started turning yellow and then brown! I went back in on Monday because they were closed on Sunday, and she said she could only see me to fix it before 12 on Saturday, we had this conversation after she did my nails and was too busy to fix them .. so today I showed my nails to her and told her I wanted them nails off and refund because they look terrible.. not just the polish also, the shape with lumps. She refused to give me a refund while laughing and laughing, she only took off the polish leaving my nails looking bad still. Most people would want to fix the problem and not have bad business .. but apparently this woman doesn’t care and she knew before I left the salon that nails didn’t look right. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

1 /5 Destiny Brooks: Sadly, today will be my last time coming to Sunny nails. I don’t get my nails done often because it is pricey but I will for special occasions. For the last five years this has been my salon of choice, no particular tech but my experience has always been decent enough. Today I walked in for a full set of pink and white French tips. The woman who assisted me not only did not listen to my requests but proceeded to cut my cuticle on my middle finger on both hands. I almost cried sitting in her chair because I knew i was getting a rushed and sloppy service. I sat in my car for ten minutes trying to collect myself and maybe convince myself it wasn’t that bad. IT WAS. I got home and proceeded to file my own nails down because of how crooked and uneven they were. I even contemplated going to a completely different salon to try and have them fixed but decided I could not afford another what if. I hope someone tells the tech who assisted me it is time to retire because clearly she cannot see what she is doing along with putting customers health at risk by cutting them
